The Directors shall hold office for one year or until their successors are duly elected and qualified. (Article II Section 4 of the By-Laws.) For 2013, a board resolution was passed last September 27, 2012 and the term of officers elected during the elections in 2013 will serve a two-year term (2013-2015).
The new set of officers were elected last September 30.
